What is Bat Drag?

As I discuss at length in my piece on the subect, Bat Drag is a very common swing flaw in which the hitter's back elbow slides forward, forcing the hitter to make contact farther forward than is appropriate. That can create an Excessive Uppercut and problems hitting the fastball.
