For the longest time I had a hard time visualizing exactly what Dr. Marshall had in mind when it came to his arm action. However, over the past year -- and after viewing both his 2004 and 2006 videos -- I have developed a much better sense of what he wants his pitchers to do. As a result, I have put together this diagram to illustrate my understanding of what Dr. Marshall's desired arm action looks like.
     For each of the 6 moments in time that I model, I give an overhead view and a 1B view.
