New Albert Pujols Swing Analysis (HR to LCF)

I just got a DVR, and have been playing with it and Dazzle digital capture card. This combo has enabled me to capture some really high quality (big, 60 FPS) video clips. One of the clip I have captured is of Albert Pujols hitting a home run to Left Center Field. I have put together a new analysis of the swing of Albert Pujols using this clip, and have created both slow motion video and flip book (frame by frame) versions.

Be Sure To Condition Your Core First!

If you are going to dive into Rotational Hitting, then it's important that you make sure that your body is ready for the transition first. Rotational Hitting focuses on getting the power from the muscles of the core (e.g. the Obliques) rather than the arms. If you are going to keep from straining these muscles, you must first make sure that they are properly conditioned with a good core workout.
