There is a lot of advice about hitting out there
on the web. Some of it is good, but most of it is bad.
The problem is that too often this advice doesn't reflect
how major leaguers actually swing the bat.
As a result, I have put together some essays
that summarize the best advice about hitting that I have found. All of these essays
are written from the perspective of Rotational
Hitting.
