     In Frame 04, just after Kyle Lohse has broken his hands, Manny Ramirez lifts the heel of his front foot off the ground. In Frame 32, as Kyle Lohse is releasing the ball, Manny Ramirez starts to drop his front foot into foot plants. In Frame 49, when the ball is about 2/3 of the way to the plate, Manny Ramirez's front heel plants and he begins his swing.
