The video clip below is a high third base view of a swing by George Brett.
Unfortunately, I don't know the context of the swing.

One thing to notice in this video clip is how, while George Brett is often held
up as the poster child of extension and the Power V at the Point
Of Contact (POC), in this clip at the POC (Frame 10) George
Brett is in a pretty classic position with his back elbow and
back knee bent 90 or so degrees.

It isn't until Frame 14 or 15
that George Brett's arms get pulled out into full extension and
the Power V position.
