The Pitching Mechanic is a collection of writings that I put together while first developing my ideas about proper and improper pitching mechanics.
     In these pieces I describe what I like, or don't like, about the pitching mechanics of pitchers like Greg Maddux, Roger Clemens, and Mark Prior. I also give my opinion of dangerous teachings like the Inverted W, Inverted L, and Inverted V and problematic ideas like scapular loading. All of my writings grow out of my perspective on proper pitching mechanics and pitching mechanics in general.

While I have pulled most of those posts into my private client site, which is only accessible by people who buy my Pitching Mechanics 101 DVD, I have left a few of those posts up.
